We are excited to announce that local musician and well-known Stroudie, Robin Layfield, will be our official compere on the night of the contest. Robin and his rock band, 24 Hours of Darkness, have played at several county venues over the last couple of years and, as a local Parish Councillor, he is used to dealing with roudy Stroudie crowds! Think Jools Holland crossed with Jeremy Corbyn and you’ll have some idea of Robin’s inimitable style …
