We’re now into the final week of voting, leading up to the live event this Saturday evening. Are you excited yet? The online votes are coming in thick and fast. Online voting will close on Friday September 13, 2019 at 11:59pm so keep those votes coming. Thank you to everyone who has voted so far!
We’re keen to make the live event as exciting as possible and encourage people to come and support all the acts on the night. So we have devised a system which means that each vote on the night will count for more than each online vote.
The percentage of the online vote each song secures will be converted into the same number of points i.e. 25% of the vote will earn 25 points to take into the live event, 5% will earn 5 points etc. etc.
On the night every vote will count for one point, meaning that ultimate victory will depend, not only on the strength of the song, but on its sparkling performance too.
Basically, everyone will still have a chance of victory going into the live event. So be there on Saturday and support your favourite song!
